In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, testing, and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sterilizers and automated cleaning equipment
• Assemble and sterilize instruments for surgical use
• Maintain departmental stock levels and inventory accuracy
• Participate in routine maintenance of medical equipment
• Record workload statistics and assist in clerical duties
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Sterile Supply Processing certification
• One year of recent related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of surgical terminology
• Physical ability to perform job duties
