Nutrition Consultant Dietitian

Position: Nutrition Consultant Dietitian at Fraser Health
Fraser Health seeks a passionate Dietitian to enhance community health through nutritional guidance and education in a supportive and inclusive setting. This role focuses on home health and urgent primary care clients.

As a Dietitian with Fraser Health, you will be integral to assessing client nutritional needs and providing education in the field. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans and deliver essential nutrition programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients. This role emphasizes client-centered care, advocacy, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nutritional assessments and home visit consultations

• Create and support client care plans with health teams

• Conduct nutrition education programs for clients and staff

• Maintain clinical documentation and client statistics

• Disseminate research-based nutrition resources efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and internship completion

• Minimum two years in community nutrition experience

• Eligible for registration with the College of Dietitians

• Must hold a valid BC Driver's Licence

• Competence in managing diverse client interactions
