Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient medication responses and develop therapeutic plans

• Provide accurate medication counseling to patients

• Support the healthcare team in developing treatment guidelines

• Perform medication distribution and auditing processes

• Contribute to research and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Registration as a Pharmacist in British Columbia

• Completion of a recognized Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• Extensive knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Organizational skills to manage duties effectively
