Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret medication orders and dispense accurately using a computerized system

• Assess therapeutic suitability and review patient profiles for safety

• Communicate effectively for prescription clarification

• Provide instructions on medication use and side effects

• Document medication history and assist in reconciliation

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Pharmacist in British Columbia

• Knowledge of hospital drug distribution processes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to establish effective working relationships

• Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks
