Social Worker for Mental Health Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients

• Develop and implement patient care plans

• Advocate for access to community resources and services

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately

• Facilitate interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• At least one year of experience in a related field

• Registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• Access to a vehicle and valid BC Driver's license

• Proficiency in crisis intervention and counseling techniques
