Split Pharmacist at FreshCo and Safeway

Take on a Split Pharmacist role between Sardis Safeway and Fresh Co in Chilliwack, BC. Focus on patient care, providing medication management, and fostering community wellness.

As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in offering tailored counselling and educational support to patients. Responsibilities include documentation of care plans and ensuring seamless pharmacy experiences at both locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and follow up on personalized care plans for patients

• Educate patients and caregivers on new medication regimens

• Supervise pharmacy staff for prescription safety compliance

• Participate in wellness programs to improve patient outcomes

• Maintain current pharmacy practice knowledge and attend training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized school

• Fully licensed Pharmacist in good standing in British Columbia

• Certification in Injection and First Aid essential

• Experience with Kroll software is preferred

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations
