Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care

• Collaborate with the team in organizing leisure activities

• Document and report changes in residents' behaviors

• Perform basic medical procedures as directed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program

• Food Safety Certificate Level 1

• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms

• Physical capability to perform job duties

• Ability to organize work efficiently
