Clinical Sleep Assistant

Vital Aire is seeking a Clinical Sleep Assistant to enhance healthcare delivery at our Chilliwack location. You will support office tasks while assisting with CPAP therapy and inventory management. This position promotes safety and quality practices, ensuring equipment maintenance and promoting friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate administrative tasks for CPAP therapy

• Provide assistance to healthcare professionals

• Maintain and manage inventory of CPAP supplies

• Greet customers and provide therapy-related information

• Document client care and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration

• 1-2 years experience in office practice

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Strong data entry and customer service skills

• Knowledge of CPAP therapies is a plus
