Hearing Health Specialist

Join Amplifon as a Hearing Health Specialist in Minneapolis, MN, where your passion meets purpose. This role is centered on customer evaluations, consultations, and boosting sales of hearing aids.

As part of a Global Top Employer, you will report to the Senior Area Manager. Your work will involve delivering comprehensive hearing evaluations, leading device fittings, and following up with quality after-care services. You’ll also play an important role in promoting awareness of hearing health within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer thorough hearing evaluations for all clients

• Provide personalized consultations and device fittings

• Maintain accurate healthcare records with confidentiality

• Achieve sales targets for hearing aids and accessories

• Engage customers through community outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist program or Master’s in Audiology

• Current registration with the applicable regulatory college

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Recent graduates and students encouraged to apply

• Excellent interpersonal skills
