In this Optician position, you will utilize your skills to educate and guide patients at FYidoctors Chilliwack. From assisting in eyewear selection to performing necessary repairs, your role will significantly enhance patient satisfaction while also training team members to uphold high optical standards in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients on eyewear tailored to their lifestyle

• Assist in selecting stylish and comfortable eyewear

• Execute repairs and adjustments for best fit

• Train and mentor team members to ensure excellence

• Support operational success of the clinic

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in an optical environment

• Must be a Registered Optician in British Columbia

• Strong tech skills, especially with MS Office

• Excellent communication abilities with a patient-centric focus

• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced setting
