Primary Care Network Mental Health Clinician

Make a difference as a Mental Health Clinician with the Primary Care Network. This on-site role tackles challenges faced by individuals struggling with mental health and substance use.

In this impactful position with the Primary Care Network, you will support clients by assessing needs and coordinating treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create short-term treatment plans

• Facilitate connections to community resources and services

• Maintain detailed client documentation and statistics

• Advocate for clients in accessing support related to living essentials

• Deliver informative sessions on community resources

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related areas

• At least two years’ field experience in psychiatry

• Valid B.C. Driver’s license necessary

• Strong practical knowledge of CBT and mental health issues

• Ability to utilize standardized assessment techniques
