Become a vital part of HFL as an IT Systems Administrator, focusing on managing software systems and providing exceptional user support. This position emphasizes Microsoft technologies within a faith-based organizational culture.
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will collaborate with the Director of Technology to ensure HFL’s IT systems are reliable and operate smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Dynamics 365, supporting Microsoft 365 tools, and offering end-user technical support to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM features and workflows
• Administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and user permissions
• Address technical issues related to hardware and software
• Support IT security and best practices for compliance
• Document and standardize IT procedures and configurations
Requirements:
• IT degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM systems desirable
• Capability to support Windows and macOS systems
• Understanding of IT networking and security best practices
