Elevate user support as a Desktop Engineer L1 specializing in VIP assistance. Bring your technical skills in hardware, software, and compliance to meet customer needs effectively.
With 4-6 years of experience, this role requires handling desktop and laptop installations, troubleshooting, and providing user support. You will ensure adherence to data security while managing IT assets and participating in special events. Flexibility for on-call support during weekends is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide VIP support and soft skills to handle users
• Install and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
• Perform onsite updates and security patches
• Meet SLA requirements for incidents and service requests
• Support Teams meeting rooms and provide event assistance
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of relevant IT experience
• Proficiency in Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Dell hardware and basic networking
• Experience with Service Now or similar tools
• Ability to travel to client locations when necessary
