As a Technical Services Manager, you will manage helpdesk, systems, and field technicians to foster a service-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor technical support teams effectively
• Oversee ticket queues to meet SLA targets
• Provide guidance on technical escalations and complex issues
• Coordinate technical projects and client communications
• Track KPIs for service delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT experience in MSP settings
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Excellent client communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
