You will lead a team of technicians, oversee service delivery, and ensure that high technical standards are met.
Your role will also include monitoring service quality and coordinating technical projects. With your expertise in IT and client relations, you will generate improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor technical support teams effectively
• Monitor service delivery to meet contractual obligations
• Oversee complex technical issues and escalations
• Coordinate migrations, deployments, and upgrades
• Assist in developing best practices and process improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in IT
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Knowledge in Backup and disaster recovery systems
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
