We are on the lookout for a Technical Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. This role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with US regulations, and collaborating with various teams for seamless payroll solutions. Proficiency in payroll taxation, reporting, and integration is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Oracle Fusion Payroll components and configurations

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities including Retro Pay

• Configure taxation for Federal, State, and Local

• Develop payroll reports using Oracle’s reporting tools

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing for solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll

• Familiarity with payroll legislation and compliance

• Experience with payroll data migration via HDL

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
