Position: Microsoft Purview Security Consultant Role
Enhance data governance with your expertise as a Security Consultant focused on Microsoft Purview. This role involves compliance implementation, scripting in Power Shell, Python, and KQL, along with managing Microsoft Defender.

As a Security Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Purview, you will implement data governance and classification while developing automation to optimize capabilities. The role also includes configuring the Microsoft Defender suite and deploying Microsoft Sentinel for effective monitoring and incident response. Candidates must have strong scripting skills and a working knowledge of Azure security and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance

• Develop scripts in Power Shell, Python, and KQL

• Configure Microsoft Defender suite for security management

• Deploy Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring and alerting

• Build KQL queries, dashboards, and detection rules

Requirements:

• Reliability or Secret Clearance needed

• Experience with Microsoft Purview and coding

• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Sentinel

• Proficiency in Power Shell, Python, and KQL

• Azure security experience mandatory
