Key Responsibilities:

• Respond and resolve help-desk tickets via various channels

• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues

• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Manage user accounts and access in directory services

• Document support tickets and IT procedures accurately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT post-secondary preferred

• Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
