you are responsible for motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships. Other job responsibilities as required.

Minimum 3 years' insurance brokerage experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.  and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
