Client Care Representative - Personal Insurance Associate

As a Personal Insurance Associate
, you will help protect individuals’ most valuable assets. In this role, you will assist with both auto transactions and personal lines needs, proactively contacting clients ahead of upcoming renewals to review coverage, identify gaps, and offer tailored solutions — remarketing where needed. You’ll support clients with in‑office renewals, ensure payments are collected in a timely manner, and gather leads to uncover additional areas of opportunity.

Through your positive, friendly manner and strong product knowledge, you’ll deliver outstanding client service every step of the way.

• Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs across personal lines and auto products, helping develop the best coverage for their situation
• Contact clients 30 days in advance of upcoming renewals to review existing coverage, identify gaps, and offer solutions accordingly
• Remarket policies as needed to ensure clients receive the best value and coverage
• Assist clients with renewals and auto transactions in office, collecting payment in a timely manner
• Identify and gather leads across additional areas of opportunity
• Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in all Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities

• Level 1 General Insurance License (ability to work toward Level 2 is an asset)
• Previous experience with auto insurance is an asset
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
• Organized with a keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
