Industrial Purchasing Coordinator

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to anticipate material needs, adapt to supply chain challenges, and maintain an organized inventory through effective ERP system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase project-specific supplies

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers

• Negotiate contract terms and delivery schedules

• Collaborate with teams to forecast material requirements

• Address shortages and supply challenges proactively

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in industrial manufacturing

• Proven purchasing and negotiation skills

• ERP system experience, Visual ERP preferred

• Strong organizational skills for multi-tasking

• Advanced expertise in Excel for data management
