Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum various floors as needed

• Collect and empty waste and recycling containers

• Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies

• Conduct minor repairs like changing light bulbs

• Ensure premises security and cleanliness

Requirements:

• WHMIS certified Building Service Worker

• 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience

• Successful criminal background check

• First aid certification with CPR required

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
