Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness

• Supply and clean restrooms regularly utilizing best practices

• Handle waste management including garbage and recycling

• Greet and escort contractors as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Building Service Worker certification

• Experience in custodial or maintenance settings (1-3 years)

• Ability to lift and manage heavy objects

• Pass criminal and health checks as required

• First Aid and CPR certification mandatory
