Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for general maintenance, servicing and repair operations to keep the residence, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and surrounding grounds in proper condition. The role includes ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff members.
