Part Time Housekeeper

Join Phoenix Society as a Part Time Housekeeper in Chilliwack, BC, ensuring cleanliness in suites and common areas. You'll perform crucial cleaning duties, from laundry to floor care, on weekends.

In this permanent part-time position, you will work under the Program Manager and collaborate with janitorial staff and volunteers. Your responsibilities encompass a range of custodial services including heavy and light cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub building floors

• Service and clean restrooms as needed

• Gather and dispose of garbage and recyclables

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

• Perform laundry duties, ensuring linens are stocked

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 required

• 1 to 3 years in custodial services preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed

• First Aid certification with CPR required

• Criminal records check needed for vulnerable sector
