Position: Full Time Building Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain various building areas effectively

• Manage waste and ensure restrooms are sanitized

• Check and secure buildings post-cleaning

• Setup for meetings and events, managing furniture

• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• Building Service Worker certificate with WHMIS

• 1–3 years in custodial or maintenance services

• Capability to lift heavy items as required

• First aid certification required with CPR

• Passing of criminal records check with a vulnerable sector
