As an Exterior Cleaning Services Technician, you will engage in essential cleaning tasks such as siding, gutters, windows, and post-construction interiors across the Fraser Valley. Candidates should possess a teachable, optimistic nature and a can-do attitude to foster customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough exterior siding and window cleaning

• Clean gutters to ensure proper drainage

• Undertake post-construction cleaning projects

• Participate in duct and furnace cleaning when needed

• Learn stripping and refinishing techniques for floors

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting capability

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights

• Proficient in English for communication

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Flexibility in working hours and tasks
