Exterior Cleaning Services Technician (Chilliwack)
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our Professional Exterior Cleaning Team.

The right candidate will troubleshoot effectively, work efficiently on jobs, and maintain a helpful and willing attitude. Our warehouse/depot is located in Chilliwack, and we serve the entire Fraser Valley.

JOB DUTIES:

Exterior siding cleaning

Gutter cleaning

Post construction cleaning (interior)

Window cleaning

Possibility of cross‑training in

Duct and furnace cleaning

Stripping and refinishing hard surface floors

Carpet and upholstery cleaning

COMPETENCIES:

Light mechanical aptitude and able to troubleshoot

Able to work flexible hours and sometimes longer shifts

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

MUST be comfortable and able to climb ladders, use lifts, and perform some roof work

Able to effectively communicate in English with crew and customers

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION:

Wage will be determined upon qualifications and experience. Between $23–$25/hour to start.

After a 90‑day probationary period, medical/dental benefits are offered to those eligible (working 30 hours per week or more)

Hourly rate: $23.00–$28.00 per hour
