Requirements
  • Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass
  • Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)
  • ADAS calibration experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials
  • Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed)
  • Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor‑integrated glass systems
  • Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development
  • Valid driver’s license
