The Custodian position at Sq'éwqel is part-time, with hours from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be tasked with cleaning various facilities, performing minor repairs, and maintaining hygiene standards across the premises. This meaningful role is central to upholding the values of the Seabird Island Band while providing essential support to community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, meeting chambers, and band facilities

• Mop, vacuum, and dust various areas

• Maintain all washroom cleanliness and supplies

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks

• Report any damages or vandalism to supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals

• Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs

• WHMIS Training and First Aid Level 1

• Punctual and trustworthy with independent working ability
