Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Manage daily maintenance and scheduling for shutdowns

• Identify critical spare parts and stock levels

• Determine corrective actions for equipment to reduce downtime

• Supervise quality of work by electricians and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Electrician with Blue Seal certification

• 3-5 years in maintenance, preferably in cement industry

• Knowledge of industrial safety practices

• Proficient in electrical maintenance technologies
