Pilot Company is hiring for the Janitorial Maintenance role responsible for maintaining all cleanliness throughout the store. Primary duties include cleaning facilities, handling laundry for showers, and performing minor repairs. Ideal candidates are motivated team players who can lift 50 pounds and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hygiene standards across the store

• Wash and manage towels for shower facilities

• Conduct regular cleaning of bathrooms and rest areas

• Execute general repair and maintenance responsibilities

• Clear out trash and keep outdoor areas tidy

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and a self-starter

• Ability to work well in a team setting

• Must lift 50 pounds regularly and stay active

• Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends

• Experience in janitorial or maintenance tasks preferred
