As a Janitor reporting to the Site Manager, you will uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of Prokey Living’s properties. This role requires strong attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities. You will manage cleaning tasks while fostering positive interactions with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing in common areas

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of lobbies and amenity rooms

• Collect and dispose of garbage responsibly

• Maintain and restock common area restrooms

• Conduct building checks and report maintenance issues

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in janitorial or building cleaning roles

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs

• Valid driver’s license is required

• Familiarity with WHMIS is a plus
