Pilot Company is looking for passionate individuals to maintain high cleanliness standards in our travel center. This Janitorial Maintenance role is critical to ensuring the comfort of every guest, from commuters to vacationers. You'll be responsible for not just cleaning facilities but also enhancing the overall guest experience through well-maintained surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness throughout the store

• Clean and sanitize showers and restrooms

• Launder and organize towels for guest showers

• Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks

• Collect and dispose of waste throughout the travel center

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter with a team mindset

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk during shifts

• Open to a flexible work schedule, including weekends

• Previous janitorial experience is an asset

• Knowledge of basic maintenance preferred
