Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, your role encompasses overseeing branch performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to support branch growth while maintaining personal visibility with staff and customers. Your strategic mindset will be key in meeting profitability goals and improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
• Oversee customer service operations and resolution
• Plan branch auctions and refurbishing activities
• Develop staff through mentoring and training
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance measures are met
Requirements:
• 4+ years of operations management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to navigate mechanical equipment knowledge
• Strong change management and leadership abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
Your leadership and operational skills will be crucial for supporting RB Global's mission as a Branch Manager II.
