• Our Class A Pressure Welders have a starting wage range of $42 - $45 hour based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment. Day shift

The Class A Pressure Welder duties include but is not limited to production welding of standard and custom products. Responsibilities will include the use of various hand tools, the fabrication of custom products from supplied drawings, fabrication of custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as the fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment.

• Work with Supervisors and Lead Hands to ensure continuous improvements in the work cells hitting daily goals set, welding according to pre-set parameters using TIG, MIG, and flux core welding processes.
• Read and follow drawings and blueprints to set up, tack, and weld.
• Complete all required paperwork and necessary preparation work.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
• Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records.

• Thorough knowledge of welding practices and techniques.
• Able to read blueprints/drawings and following instructions.
• Class A Pressure Welding ticket.
• Welding of Stainless Steel using GMAW is an Asset.
• CWB Certificate may be required.
• TIG welding experience with Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel is an Asset.
