Hands-On Greenhouse Cultivation Supervisor

Supervise greenhouse cultivation with a focus on plant health and operational excellence. Oversee all aspects of cannabis growth from propagation to harvest while leading a dedicated team.

This role is vital to ensuring high-quality production within a regulated setting. You will actively manage cultivation processes, provide insights into plant health, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Engage team members in training and promote an efficient work environment across all cultivation stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all cultivation activities and schedules

• Ensure proper handling of plants throughout growth stages

• Monitor, identify, and address health or nutritional issues

• Implement pest management practices effectively

• Coach team members on cultivation best practices

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation

• Previous lead role with team support experience

• Solid understanding of cultivation and pest management

• Familiarity with safety protocols and SOPs

• Strong documentation and communication skills
