Production Manager

Chilliwack, BC

40 hours a week. Regular Shift.

Replacement

• Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
• Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
• Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
• Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members

• 4 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of production systems and tools; feed industry knowledge is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility with schedule, ability to work and deliver in a fast‑paced and demanding environment, and ability to handle business and people challenges
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Collaborative, passion for continuous learning, coachable, positive attitude
• Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
