Full-Time. 40 hours per week. Rotating Shift.

• Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities
• Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment
• Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action

• 2‑3 years manufacturing experience an asset
• Good computer skills
• Forklift certification preferred
• Boiler certificate preferred (at least Class
  5)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts. Rotating Weekly. Shift Time: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Ability & willingness to work shifts and overtime
• Ability to lift 25 kg regularly
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to focus on details within a fast‑paced environment
• Team player and coachable
• Exposure to the elements, noise and dust, and working at heights
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
