Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Chilliwack, BC – 40 hours a week – Regular Shift – Replacement

• Collaborate with the operations/production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards.
• Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement.
• Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations.
• Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong hands‑on approach with the ability to work alongside the team.
• Supervise and actively support daily production activities on the floor.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization (5S).
• Knowledge of production systems and tools; feed industry knowledge is a plus.
• Computer literacy.
• Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in a fast‑paced and demanding environment and handle business and people challenges.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Collaborative, passionate about continuous learning, coachable, and positive attitude.

• Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
