Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
ResponsibilitiesSlaughter livestock and remove inedible parts from carcasses. Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging. Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use. Remove bones from meat. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.

- Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Physically demanding work requiring manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination and standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work independently.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Team player with flexibility, dependability and a positive attitude.
