Chilliwack Feed Mill Operator Position

Become a part of Trouw Nutrition as a Feed Mill Operator at Chilliwack Mill, where you will manage key operations such as bulk receiving and mixing. Ensure optimal production flow and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and enhance performance

• Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met

• Keep accurate records of production activities

• Execute minor repairs on production equipment

• Take initiative to resolve unsafe conditions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of prior manufacturing experience is an asset

• Strong computer skills for data management

• Forklift certification preferred

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and perform overtime

• Ability to regularly lift 25kg and handle environmental challenges
