Your role involves planning and leading efforts to ensure timely execution while remaining open to assisting at other facilities as needed throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day tasks in the greenhouse

• Guide a team in delivering urgent tasks

• Collaborate with the team leader on planning

• Ensure tasks complete on schedule with growers

• Provide support across locations as needed

Requirements:

• Strong, positive attitude with initiative

• Flexibility to work extra hours during peak

• Ability to manage tasks under pressure

• Proven teamwork skills within diverse settings

• Asset: capability to speak Spanish
