As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will lead the production of delicious baked goods, starting your day in the early hours. You'll engage with a small team to uphold high cleanliness standards while bringing joy to customers through freshly baked products. No previous experience is necessary; a willingness to learn and a love for baking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake artisan bread daily using crafted recipes

• Keep the bakery clean and organized during shifts

• Accurately read and follow production instructions

• Mold and shape dough for baking processes

• Deliver exceptional customer service during each shift

Requirements:

• Available to work overnight shifts from 12 AM to 3 AM

• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

• Desire to contribute to the bakery's success

• Capable of lifting weights up to 22 kg regularly

• Interest in developing baking and leadership skills
