Join Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry as a Poultry Farm Manager to oversee our breeder duck operations. This full-time role provides an opportunity to enhance poultry production in Yarrow, BC within a supportive team environment.

In this role, the Poultry Farm Manager will lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards in duck breeding management. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of relevant experience, an understanding of flock health and nutrition, and a passion for working with animals while maintaining a thriving farm. Supervising staff and adhering to animal welfare regulations are key components of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage breeding processes to promote healthy poultry

• Oversee feed and housing quality for optimal bird care

• Support team training in operational and safety practices

• Maintain detailed record-keeping of health and production

• Ensure environment cleanliness and organization in facilities

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years' experience in agricultural management

• Proven supervisory and team leadership skills
