We're expanding and looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder with a deep understanding of welding practices and fabrication techniques. In this role, you will work from patterns and blueprints, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Support our continued growth and be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute TIG, MIG, and flux core welding accurately

• Use gauges and templates to ensure part accuracy

• Support assembly, testing, and installation when needed

• Safely operate required machinery and tools

• Maintain an organized and safe workspace

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of relevant fabrication/welding experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude with installation knowledge

• Ability to read blueprints to meet specifications

• Proficiency in using welding and fabrication tools

• Fabrication Red Seal and CWB certification preferred
