General Production Worker - Layup Team

As a General Production Worker, you will engage in various tasks that are vital to our manufacturing process, such as loading, unloading, and assembling components under strict quality guidelines. This position operates on a night shift schedule to maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read production schedules for precise builds

• Feed components through glue spreaders and assist builders

• Move materials along conveyor systems efficiently

• Assemble door skins in accordance with design specifications

• Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness in work areas

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age required

• Must lift up to 50 lbs comfortably

• Strong focus on safety and communication

• Mechanically inclined with detail orientation

• No experience necessary; training available
