Overview

Position Title: Fiberglass Technician

Location: Chilliwack, BC

Escape Trailer Industries is a leading manufacturer of fiberglass RV travel trailers. We are growing and looking for a Fiberglass Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values continuous improvement, safety, and quality.

• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control.
• Polish, sand, buff, lay up, and roll fiberglass.
• Inspect and perform repairs on bodywork imperfections, fractures, and holes; spray Gelcoat.
• Use power tools (cutting, sanding, grinding, polishing) and hand tools such as tape measures.
• Work independently on assigned projects while meeting time constraints.
• Problem‑solve, multitask, and prioritize work.
• Follow company safety and quality protocols.

• Comfortable wearing PPE such as dust masks, gloves, or face respirators for extended periods.
• Physically capable in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Team-player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma; technical course an asset.
• Fluent in English.
