$23.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience

With over 5 million sq. ft. of greenhouse space in BC and Alberta, we use advanced, resource‑efficient systems supported by skilled teams. Our seed‑to‑sale model ensures reliable products, in‑store support, and merchandising, while we grow plants, people, and lasting partnerships.

The Assistant Grower supports section growers with daily tasks and greenhouse operations, maintaining crop health, monitoring conditions, assisting with plant care, and developing skills for a potential section grower role as the operation grows.

• Watering and fertilizing
• Monitoring greenhouse climate such as temperature, humidity, and light levels
• Scouting, chemical application, and facility maintenance
• Works collaboratively within a 2-4 person team

• High School Diploma (required)
• Relevant industry or greenhouse systems experience, equipment, or plant care
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• Experience in wholesale ornamental or vegetable production is an asset
