Lead maintenance operations in an automotive production environment as a Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee machinery upkeep and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth production processes.
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role by monitoring maintenance staff and managing daily activities related to machinery operations. This position requires excellent technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. You will implement preventative maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues
• Review and implement preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage attendance and performance of maintenance staff
• Track machine downtime and maintenance expenses
• Direct installation and upgrades of production equipment
Requirements:
• Electrician or Millwright certificate required
• Minimum five years experience in automotive production
• Three years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Knowledge of PM systems and safety standards
